To all,

I am a broker who has made a career out of buying and selling tech stocks.
and I've seen just about every possible scenerio played out in this arena,
and I have a few points to make on Ross that may or may not help.

1.) RTEC stock is oversold but it's essentially where it should be. The company
made a bet that the workstation market would not move to 64-bit hardware in any
significant way until there was a 64-bit OS and "killer" applications written in
64-bit code. They were wrong needless to say, Sun's marketing machine is powerful
and Sun pushed hard for the higher end sales to push the bottom line. This is why
sales to Sun fell off a cliff as we all know.

2.) Forget about what's happening with Ross's 32-bit technology, upgrades or systems.
It's a dead end, and as far as it keeps the lights on for now great.

3.) only two things matter now, and are at the heart of the speculation. Can Ross set
set up the grass roots distribution channels for there systems buisness and Ross's
own entry into the 64-bit market. Ross's own 64-bit viper chip could make or break
the situation.

With all that said at these prices you have to think of the situation in terms of what
the real value of a company like this is. The real value is intangible, the intellecual
property. Why do you think Fujitsu owns 60% and sun owns 5%. Ross has the ability to design
a chip( not just a chip, a CPU) that will give sun more than a run for their money and Fujitsu
hopes a leading edge presence in the workstation market. If you want a sure thing move on, if
you want to speculate on the next possible SGI or SUNW than I can't think of a better price.
book value $2.80 and selling for less than 1X sales.
