I wonder what the compensation package for Magruder is? I hope they didn't give away the "share store" again. A concern I have is as FNET becomes more of "an independent operation", that they do not trade equity for either financing or equity for major compensation. We started at 90% ownership of FNET and now "down" to 65%. The need to raise capitol, finance this venture or attract talent may require the trade-off. that said I find this announcement a major step up the road.
