Don, I agree with everything that you have said. Sturza must be under the gun (literally or figuratively). If he really felt that NVX would need another year to get product to market and that the price of the stock was going to sink, would not he be smarter to keep shorting away. He would be better off to keep his mouth shut and let his biggest ally (TIME) work to his advantage. He has turned to acts of despiration like a caged wild animal. He has built a network of corruption and gets himself quoted on national radio shows and newspaper. This morning on Bloomberg radio, the anchor reread the entire Barron's article(I mean Sturza article).. They said that the "REAL" analysts are going out on a limb by defending and recommending NVX. I have read all the research reports by the "REAL" analysts and their preliminary research is longer and more thought provoking than anything that Sturza has written in over 2 years of trashing NVX. Remember that the analysts from UBS, Goldman, etc are just as responsible for writing the truth as the company is. If they spewed the BS that Sturza writes we could visit them in prison. Sturza has the protection of the newsletter behind him and that two sentence disclaimer at the bottom of his medi-fax. I feel insulted that this WAR has erupted and I am a big boy and know full well that the Stock market is not for babies. It just turns my stomach that journalists can be manipulated and used as pawns in this circus.
