ISTN has fallen to just over $ 7 before, and then recovered quickly. That is one of the reasons I bought @ $ 7.37. I sold all my shares recently in order to buy CD. My net was a slight loss, but I'll be watching. ISTN: $ 8.25b $ 8.37a VALUESPEC
