Ken, Please excuse my ignorance as well because I also do not know what qualities identify a "Tier One" company either. (G) I was just relaying the information. I did try to find out for you by calling my broker at Smith Barney to ask him this question and he felt it might be related to market cap. size but was unsure. Assuming he was correct and Tier one refers to large cap. companies, then we are talking about companies that do over 4 billion in annual revenues. Rather heart warming to think that we may be talking to companies of this size about anything! (G) James
