Nutek currently has 200 wells and of those 200 wells somewhere between 14 and 20 of them have the bailer pump installed. Why, if this is the current situation, is the company focusing on more well aquisitions--rather than bailer pump installation, considering the current cost of well aquisitions and the limited supply of bailer pumps. Shouldn't the company be focused on increasing cash flow from their existing wells while oil prices are high?

Is Nutek required to use the swabbing technique before installation of the bailer pump? And if so, what is the cost of the swabbing truck in comparison to Oilex's $125,000 a day cost?

Is Nutek using the swabbing technique in lew of bailer pump shortages? If so how much is this increasing the cost of production per well and is this effecting their profitability timeline?

In reqards to the private placement:

Was the private placement completed? And if so when?
How much stock was placed and at what price?
How much money did the company receive?
How does this effect their relationship with Regent Oil and Gas?

When was the companies last quarterly report? Can I get a copy?
When are they supposed to report next?

Thank you for your help,

Chris
