Are you shure that we have enough buying power to buy a meaningful LGNDW position after selling LGND? IMHO the conversion of the VD Model into a margin account was not a particularly good idea. The margin requirements interfere too often with potential portfolio changes. Besides with the low volume of LGNDW - 10900 shares today - the chance to buy 3000 shares at the bid price is very slim.
