charles, I ask you when you discovered how many shares had been distributed to each indiviual? Did you just find these numbers today or a year ago? Get real! How about FNET to say we 'gave ' away 25% of FNET is ridiculous. We sold pieces of FNET to raise capital. Can you tell me when that started? When were the first shares of that percentage distributed? How long ago was that? Was the Tempest a product or on the Drawing Board? How long have the investor and shareholders of FNET held those shares with their money 100% locked up? What if FTEL had dropped of the face of the earth? FNET shareholders put their money in a year ago, and still can not TOUCH it! You have some nerve Belly aching about who gets what. Did you have the stones to throw your money into a blackhole? If you had the guts to take the risk, then you deserve to be rewarded, if not, Tough Luck!

Do you understand what that money was used for? Do you understand the Return YOU have received become some Courageous people had the the Belief in this company to Finance FTEL through FNET? If you are still long FTEL like you claim, then you can thank these people, otherwise, sell your stock now. If you think that as an FTEL shareholder you are getting 'taken' then you do not have a CLUE about FTEL and should definitely sell.

charles, I have always enjoyed our exchanges and I do not challenge your knowledge in this field, but your undertsanding of the dynamics is very mistaken. If you do not understand how as an FTEL shareholder, what happpens is benefitting you to the MAXIMUM then you have one of two choices:

Sell, or wait until there is more of an explanation forthcoming, or you could do what the smart money, like mine;-), is doing, Buying More!

You folks just still don't get it...
