Tom,

The semis continue to surprise me since it would seem that there is no new news, yet evertime someone says we are having a bad quarter we get a downturn..then switch back and start moving up.... any explanations from your end?

I noticed that in IBD, the Accum/Distribution for Horsey has moved up to B in the past week... someone is buying (although today we had some selling on the close)...

In the past few weeks it seems like everytime IBD puts out an article about a semi stock it goes down (e.g. IDTI article), well yesterday they had an article about Altera, and guess what, it went down today.

By the way, I want to ask you ALL, if there is such a downturn in demand for computers and other high tech products, how come a retailer like CompUSA (CPU) keeps moving up ? Although, I did not check it out today, it has moved from the mid 30's to around $50 in the past month or so... I consider that a good contrarian indicator to the believe that demand for computers will be slowing down to 10%.

Hope you picked up some Bombay Company (BBA). I had mentioned that it was breaking out a few weeks ago when everyone was talking about retail stocks. It was up 1 1/2 today on big volume.

Go Horse!!!
