FRO is leasing lines to LVLT (Level 3)while LVLT is building its new system. That should replace any revenue loss. Stock is looking good, is basing here between 30 and 31 after its big move up. I expect to see a move up to 34-35 soon, unless there's a takeover is which case think we will see 40-45. Larrry
