Gentlemen: Methinks you act too hastily. The proxy is merely a request AUTHORIZE the increase of number of shares outstanding. Thats not to say they will be running right out and making an acquisition. I think it would be a darn shame to acquire a company iwth stock when the stock is at a discount price. Since ALYD has performed worse (IMHO) than most of the market in general it would be very difficult for ALYD to make a decent purchase at this time.
Jeff, what is your thinking on this. You have been strangely SILENT. JDN
