Pancho-dude:

How is your weekend ???
Still haven't receive any leftover from you, buddy ...

The internet dudes continue to go higher, despite the Barron's article, they are nothing short of amazing !!!

How did your shorts make out today ???
I hope the market will come down hard soon, because I want to pick
up some bargains, I probably will not do any shorting, but I don't
mind buying some of those internet stuff at a more reasonable
valuation (like 50% off !!!)
Today, Atmel went up 7.5%, so I did okay ...

I don't know the reason behind shorting except that you expect a
stock price to drop. From my point of view, assume you long a
stock for $1000 and it can double, triple or whatever, so you
can come out $1000, $2000, $3000 ahead or whatever.
But if you short a stock for $1000 and assume it goes to zero,
your gain will be only $1000, so I don't think the risk/reward
ratio favors shorting, of course this is just one man's opinion.
If there is a bear market, I would rather step aside, or at most pick
and choose to bet on the safe one.

Wish that your shorts will work out.
