I found the story.

TOKYO (Nikkei)--Komatsu Ltd. (J.KMT or 6301) has contracted to
provide excimer lasers to three leading stepper manufacturers, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported in its Tuesday morning edition.

Nikon Corp. (J.NIK or 7731) and Canon Inc. (CANNY or 7751) have
contracted with Komatsu for half the excimer lasers for steppers shipped to the domestic market in fiscal 1998. ASM Lithography Holding NV (ASMLF) of the Netherlands is developing excimer lasers with Komatsu and plans to ship products with Komatsu lasers this fiscal year.

Fiscal 1997 demand for excimer lasers was about Y25 billion. Komatsu hopes for sales of Y5 billion in the year ending March 1999, and aims to capture half the market by fiscal 2000, when annual demand is forecast at Y50 billion.
