KAA, make sure you ask... "If the merger is through and is a done deal, can we now know who is running our company and making the decisions??? Who are the other four on the BOD, what is their background, and how can they be reached? A lot of us bought on what Jack said, and was doing, when he was in power to do it. If Jack is out, then what or who are we to base our investment decision on?? Why the secrecy?? thanks...
