Not arguing one way or the other here, just providing the information contained in the 10K's. I would have to look into what cost and up to what point each number contained, and I frankly don't see the real benefit of doing it plus I don't feel like spending that time anyway. Iridium and G* are 2 different systems with different cost and operating structures.

Until pricing is flushed out, other factors dictate the investment, although pricing and cost are 1,2 in the profit equation. Pricing and demand (invariably tied together) are the key unknowns here, cost is known, although muddied by the different corporate structures. We will know Iridium's prcing in the next few months, and can better argue the points, G*'s pricing may or may not change from what they indicated.

Not quite an exact science here, lots of unknown variables that provide for misinterpreations and different viewpoints of the same thing.
