OK Eddie, I just shot this off to those folk. What follows is the same thing I sent to Marengi.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I have sent this email to Joe Marengi, Peter Troop, and Jon Freeman.

I am NOT alone in the sending of email to Mr. Marengi. Mr. Marengi has a very BAD habit of ignoring his shareholders. I don't think Mr. Marengi is aware of what his first priority is as the leader of a public corporation. That is,
a) increasing shareholders value, and b) RESPONSIVENESS TO SHAREHOLDER CONCERN.

Would you please see that Mr. Marengi responds to me, and the many, many other shareholders that I personally KNOW have tried to communicate with him, but to no avail. Please tell Mr. Marengi that he cannot hide, and this will NOT go away. Also tell Mr. Young (in between his snacking on baluga), that there is some SERIOUS DISCONTENT out here with the OWNERS of this company.

I also notice that Peter Troop is doing the "ducking" bit lately too.

I would like a response from any one or all of you. I appreciate your time, and you can be sure that I am saving this correspondence (all of it). You never know when date and time stamped material come in handy when litigation is involved.
