Just a guess on my part, but I don't believe the financials
are in question that much. Ira has made public statements as
to what they are and if they were not close, he would be in big
trouble.

I think the stock price is not going up because:
1. The reverse merger no. not settled. 4/1,3/2,2/1.
2. Cheap shares still in the float. I cannot image how or where
they are coming from.
3. MM trying their best not to let this stock run till they have
covered their shorts. Obviously they only have till we go
on the NASD to do that. When the reverse merger looks iron
clad , look out.
4. Some people not willing to wait for any length of time because
other plays look more immediately promising.
