>>>BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 31, 1996--AT&T and iMALL (OTC BB: IIML) and Breath Asure(R) today announced the AT&T WorldNet(sm) Service "Internet for Everyone" Sweepstakes.
One lucky Grand Prize winner will be awarded a $250,000 annuity, to be announced in early March. In the meantime, a total of more than 3,000 prizes will be issued over a period of 106 days beginning tomorrow, Nov. 1 through Feb. 14, 1997. Prizes will be issued daily.
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants can download AT&T WorldNet Service software from specified Web sites offered by AT&T and iMALL. They can then subscribe to AT&T WorldNet Service, and enter online for the Sweepstakes at the AT&T or iMALL sites, which are: att.com; worldnet.att.net; imall.com.
Entrants also have the option of submitting entries via mail at AT&T WorldNet Service Internet for Everyone Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7296, Melville, NY 11775-7296. The entries should be on 3X5-inch cards, and include name, complete address, phone number, email address if applicable, and the words "AT&T WorldNet Internet for Everyone Sweepstakes." Consumers will find instructions for mail-in entries on specially marked Breath Asure and PureBreath displays in drugstores, grocery stories and mass merchandisers.
Contestants may enter the Sweepstakes once a day via the AT&T or iMALL Internet sites for both the grand prize and the daily prizes, or as many times a day as they wish via mail. Each time a contestant enters for a daily prize, he or she is automatically entered in the grand prize drawing, thereby increasing the chances of winning the $250,000.
"AT&T WorldNet Service is not only making the Internet accessible to everyone, we're making it fun and profitable," said Dean Colantino, director, alternate channel marketing, AT&T WorldNet Service. "The Sweepstakes is open to everyone, and AT&T WorldNet Service makes it easy and fun for anyone to enter."
A wide and wild array of prizes will be given away daily, including software prizes that incorporate AT&T WorldNet Service access. There also will be computer accessories, CDs, books, video and cassette tapes, T-shirts, household items, toys, luggage, food club memberships, candies, and watches.
Official rules of the Sweepstakes can be obtained by writing to AT&T WorldNet Service Sweepstakes Rules, P.O. Box 7084, Melville, NY 11775-7084. Sweepstakes rules are also available online at the AT&T and iMALL Web sites.
