Brian, I don't know how good Gateway's service is now,but there was a time either justified or not where Gateway got a reputation of poor service.Do you have any information on Gateway's service performance in recent months? When talking to other computer types the perception is still poor performance in the service arena.If Gateway has made progress in this area I wish they would advertise it. I have a problem with the big screen PC.I just don't see this going anywhere.How many people huddle around a monitor with one person at the controls.Hopefully it takes off but I just don't see it. Gateway must have increased the advertising budget bigtime because I see Gateway commercials on many channels and often. The post election market will decide where we go from here.Gateway has been not been treated well and I don't see it changing for a while.All Gateway can do is concentrate on performance and wait until the market realizes they were wrong.Gateway needs a blowout quarter to get their attention and they didn't deliver a knock out punch in the last quarter. If the advertising works and computers move this Christmas this should be the knock out quarter they need! Pat
