Afaq, I don't think your scenario is so far fetched. The same thought occurred to me as I was reading David Pawlock's post. Imagine the boost to FIBR if we find out that was the reason for NMS delay. Anyway, maybe this other charge will get Fiero out of the picture. If the slander/libel stops, FIBR should climb nicely on its own. That is if earnings grow as expected. Before this we faced the prospects of good earnings, but continued release of defamation articles right before earnings release.
