I did a little investigating of their product by calling a local (very large) radiator shop in my own town. I asked them if they had heard of this "revolutionary" new technology. They had and had also received a brochure from the Company regarding the CAC product. They decided to stay with their current supplier anyway. Their current supplier happened to be also from Calgary and is a fierce competitor of TCT.

In fact, one of the main top brass at TCT was formerly with the competition and jumped ship. I called the competition to ask about their product and was informed that they had been sued for discussing TCT in a "truthful but derogatory" manner. The gentleman I spoke with at the competition was very tight lipped about the situation.

I also asked about the "unbeatable warranty" of 5 yaers or 500,000 miles. Apparently their competitor just increased their warranty to 7 years or 1,000,000 miles !!!!

He sounded quite shocked when I mentioned the OEM contract with Road King in Mexico. They had just made a shipment to Road King themselves !!! Something doesn't sound quite right here !!!

I called TCT today to talk to Investor Relations. Apparently they are in the process of hiring somebody and this should be completed in less than two weeks.

I am still wondering if the interest on the debentures $560,000 per year is going to really hurt there EPS over the next couple of years???

Any thoughts???
