The online transaction record showed that what was initially input and reported on the phone as a SELL was now a BUY ??? I know what I entered was a correct SELL order based on phone audio feedback at time of order entry and phone SELL confirmation. What it comes down to is my word against theirs?? I am looking for an Etrade PROBLEM trend here. Has anyone else had a similiar botched trade experience with Etrade. If others have had similiar experiences this will help any case in arbitration. What is the Etrade track record on arbitration disputes? Any information available?
