The selloff is mostly related to the $200 million sell of senior notes in the ICG services sub (Netcom). The dealer community is hedging the issue by selling stock short. They have to sell approx 6 million shares. The only reason netcom results were released is due to the note sell. Otherwise ICG has no reason to break them off. I suspect that the revenues at netcom are flat mainly becuase new revenue is being booked at the parent level. Stock should soar after the announcement of senior note sale completion.
