Sure, they have a strong patent portfolio: 22 US patents, 34 more applied for, and 76 foreign patent applications.

Oh, I don't know. Kind of hard to make predictions that far out. You know Cymer changed their name from Cymer Laser Technologies to Cymer, Inc. I just that from reading the annual report, which came in the mail today. Whatever the next technology is, the company plans to create products for it.
