ELK - Ok Since I think I started this - here goes.

What changed for me today. NOTHING. I expressed an opinion and CONCERN that compensation in FTEL and its associated entity FNET appears to be done by either direct stock options at low costs (10-32 cents per in the majority of cases) or conversion of owed compensation as loans later converted to stock. Thats why Frank owns 30-35% FTEL and ?? of FNET), Mike Peter 2.2+% of FTEL etc.

They have also raised capital from Myerson (sharks), Delaware Charter, Banque Edouard Constant, JNC etc. with equity offerings. Probably OK business tactics for a struggling company with future potential.

The point is. WHAT DID WE HAVE TO LOSE IN LIQUIDITY to set in place the "TEAM" and Magruder given the history (I exclude Sparrows option for 600K that could have occurred but didn't)

The announcement sounded like many other penny stocks that "suck" one corporation dry and start another to continue the upward mobility of the insiders. (DON'T GO NUTS ELK... I ONLY said it reminded us of that).

One last item.

The specter on this thread that if your not one of the soothsayers or one brings a LEGITIMATE question or concern forward for consideration that is in any way cautionary or negative - you get jumped on and told to "sell" or "get real" is disturbing. As a shareholder, I have the right and the responsibility to question ALL moves by MY company. The announcement, Slaters and my comments provoked discussion and some info sharing which is WHAT this thread is here for NOT to beat up the contributors. Would like hear opinions as to why little or no street reaction yet to the announcemet
