rrman, yes counter party solvency can be an issue when mkts tank like SEA. JP Morgan (the winner)is in litigation with two different SKorean firms for approx. $ 500 million US$ and 180 for another.SKorean court said JP failed to adequately explain the risks-sounds familiar.
