Stockholder Penalty.

There was a discussion to the fact that famh had to report
to the SEC that it had acquired 5% of ATXI stock within
5 days of doing so. FAMH has not done so to anyone's
knowledge.

What is the penalty for failure to do this??
Is it a $10,000 fine each stockholder must pay? and
a 6 month term in Leavonworth for each stockholder???

Perhaps we shall have a common cellblock instead of a
FAMH cruise.
