Andrew, thanks for the info. I haven't even been able to find ORFR in Barron's stock listings, much less find the change in 1999 estimates. But I can't say I'm surprised over the increase. The growth story for Orbit is very compelling, particularly when you look at the demand picture for satellite and wireless over the next few years.
Technical Note: today's close, which was comfortably above $13, confirms the reversal of the downtrend begun last August with the high of $31.75. Might we pull back to test low of $9? I think there might be a "pullback," but if the Mar quarter's earnings exceed the currently dismal expectations for $0.08 a share, then it won't be much of one, if at all.
In any case, I think most of the bad news on Asia has already been factored in and the price is starting to reflect 2nd half expectations, so there may be no pullback here.
