does anybody know a publicly traded law firm specializing in shareholder lawsuits-it should make a fortune soon-all these companies are full of sh-- as they put spins on their companies-look at CD JUST GOT sued big time-also CPQ ---TODAY . the management are coming with awful numbers but saying i think everything allright then when reality sets investors say we were mislead. take ibm who just came out with numbers-beat the street-big deal these companies are beating estimates already revised down dramatically -they should beat the street. ibm had 2%revenue growth but they stressed that their service business was up 22% and was looking strong. my point is thats their lowest margin business where their higher margin just about had negative growth and their tax rate was down from 35% to 32% this quarter. my point is if you are not sophisticated and just looked at the numbers you would think everything was great but the facts -they missed the street -estimates were already lowered -like amat-they should easily be beat-strongest growth was their lowest margin business while their higher margin had significant decline in revenue-read between the lines. i mean if this market for whatever reason takes a hit i believe these companies are not being upfront with their numbers. another scenario -japan market goes to hell you will major selling of us treasury by japanese and yields will have to go high enough to atrract buyers where the stock market will not look good. ---i think lawsuits will increase significantly in the coming months.
