Right about the shares, but keep in mind these are the exact same shares that were registered with the initial SB-2. I don't think that filing ever went effective. This shouldn't be new news to anyone, we've known about these extra shares for a while. The latest filing is just a revision in response to SEC comments. This is how the process works. I guess i could go back and compare the original SB-2 with the new SB-2/A. m.
