Frank, I think you have me confused with another poster. I don't remember making any comment regarding your spelling. BTW both spellings for RUMOR are correct. As to the profile, I had already posted my company and location information, but now you know my educational background. LLC stands for Limited Liability Company. This form of organization has become quite popular over the last five to seven years here in the United States. An LLC combines many of the best attributes of a partnership and a Sub S Corporation. I am not sure you really wanted the information, but I am answering with the assumption you were serious. tgs59
