What?? Is it true that every scenario has a silver lining?

Maybe not. The 50 to 60 million WILL NOT come cheap. Probably lost the wholly owned part for sure. The IPO should have raised the bar to that amount of working capital at the "old" suggested IPO price of $10 to $14. Sounds like the investment banker IPO specialist have "passed" on the initial business plan.

I think this math may really stink by the time we see the end product of the IPO. The rich get richer....Looks like there is more here with Magruder's involvement than meets the eye. Lets see what the NY connection brings THIS TIME.
