The dichotomy here is what many under-funded entrepreneurial companies must deal with. Tightly hold the company's worth (stock) in few hands and HOPE for a fast market share for your goods OR "sell out" a piece to the ones with the bucks to fully fund the future. It will be interesting to see how much of a "pound of flesh" Frank gives to get the favored end result. It tells you how competitive it must be in this sector for those looking for the "loose money". It may also tell you the interest in FNET by "the money" Who knows!!!. Shit always happens when one eats beans (???) regards Dave
