Your reasoning makes as much sense as the withdrawal of Redux from the marketplace.
One of the reasons the stock price crept up in the last month has been in anticipation of the ceraxion approval by the FDA.
Another reason was when the FDA gave fast track approval. This certainly was grounds for more optimism and faster rollout of the drug.
As to other reasons for the last week's increase in price, volume and price increase are reason enough for technical people to buy more.
As to your summation, it is very simple.
