Dave.. we're in this together. If there is interest in FNET by a BIG Investor then that's a good sign...even though our % is diluted.. so long as not too diluted.

I'd rather have a stake in an international FNET (through my FTEL holdings)with a really big brother than a larger piece of a much smaller (and less competitive) company. Chances are any investor will be in the telephony business of some sort and will open up opportunities besides the direct $$ investment...

I did invest in FTEL partly for a residual share of FNET and don't want it watered down any more than necessary..
