Hello Joe, "and the issue of a potential $150k payment to MIQ to be fully vested in POD at 25%(these last two #'s are speculative at this time)." My memory may be betraying me right now but isn't this 150K payment due shortly or already overdue? Is this a friendly deal between Ariel group (ex, flexible schedule) or can Brex lose their option? If Brex does lose their option does this % of POD revert to Miq or Miq/Kinross? TIA Norm
