You left out the most important quote of the article... "Bork, who said he had been retained by Netscape Communications Corp., Microsoft's rival in the Internet Web browser market, said he would urge the Justice Department to file a new case against Microsoft." He's working for NSCP. Would you be surprised that every lawyer on the MSFT payroll has the opposite opinion?
