There were two reason this stock moved UP today

1. It was recommended by a Analyst on Paul Kangas's NBR.
2. There was a press release announcing Microsoft agreement

This company does internet/intranet for corporations. My guess is that they are not yet profitable. Did you check their PE before buying? I think investors are on internet bandwagon these days. You know what has happened to netscape after a big IPO....
