I think you are right about downward pressure due to conversion. I do remember now when I spoke to Scott last (2 weeks ago), he mentioned about warrants notice being sent out shareholders' mail boxes etc.

Is the expiry date (4/24) correct ? Thanks. Ooops....just looked at Tava Research...it is indeed 4/24..!
