He's working for NSCP. Would you be surprised that every lawyer on the MSFT payroll has the opposite opinion? No, you left out the most important quote... He said his stance was consistent with the views he expressed in his highly influential 1978 book, ''The Antitrust Paradox: A Policy at War with Itself.'' ''Having written a book I refuse to take a case that contradicts my book because that would be altogether too shabby,'' he said. ''And I won't.'' Besides, you've got to admit that having Bork on our side is a major coup, especially if you are familiar with his judicial outlook. I read one of his books a few years back... believe me, this is a major coup.
