AT you have a problem dont know all the details i am sure Steve Goldman can tell you what should have happened once you get the SPECIFICS...read the agreement you signed.. and ask to talk to THE supervisor.... anytime I have had a problem with a brokerage house, I have rectified it but climbing the chain as far as I have to in order to get it done...and I dont take prisoners or no for an answer IF I have the facts on my side...
