Jeff--- I would not call it a non issue. I would call it an issue that has not only kept the price from rising as the sector has but also dropping the price. Now that the steps you mentioned above are already being taken it seems dilution is on the way as it is unlikely enough shares will be available to vote this down. IMO the only time to buy for any reason is with cash or credit and not dilution. I hope the earnings are great (but believe they will br OK) so the price goes up but anyone that believes the price will go up enough to cover the proposed dilution is still waiting by the fireplace for Santa----
