Thanks for the input! Actually, I already own SDW. So, if I understand you correctly, there's no point in making a separate investment in MSA.

I raised the question because occasionally the stock of the company that is being merged rises on the eve of a merger, while the stock of the one that is doing the merging falls. Pure happenstance?
