Marci Don't know when the strike settlement will be but vrty mgt doesn't want this hanging over their head and prospective customer's head so I'm sure they have thought this thru. My gut would be they want to get this out of the way this fiscal year(by may31)and open next year with some great contracts and good business model. Sbona said there are many competitors in this space. I think he or weissman(vp mkt) said you could count up to 100 competitors if you wanted to open up the space to all search engines within apps. Perhaps someone else form this segment could comment. If you asked me last month I would have said 15 as an upside. All bets are off now with the Internet craze. If VRTY of anyone else in the KM space can blow away some numbers VRTY could move well above 20. As max said check out Open Text as a comeback model in this space. Good Luck ADAM
