IBM should be very well trained on VCSI products, in 1996 IBM loaded VCSI technology into IBM DirectTalk2 using 40 language vocabularity. IBM used this system to enhance users customer service and reduce operating costs. System is still in operation. I see no reason for IBM not to continue its usage of VCSI techmology in its new products to be released. VCSI is a winner.
