Hi again. Have to learn to limit the postings. Thanks to all who called. Nutcracker...where is this commission meeting? And which agency? Yes, the woodbridge medical you"ve found has, to the best of my recollection, never heard of SEXI. The numbers posted for the S-8's are not entirely accurate. You guys forgot to also check the grants to find out who may be in line for more shares. We would have found out if these shares were actually issued with the release of the second quarter numbers. But inasmuch as most of the filings are ridddled with errors, we wont quibble over a million shares or so. The recent news release was the former auditors responding to the SEC regarding their departure from SEXI. Normally, the statement would read that we have changed auditors and the old auditors have no problems with us, so there should be a smooth transition. But we will give the former auditors a chance to respond to the SEC in writing. The filing came from the former auditors who said that they had problems with the company and were asking to expand their audit. About the time the company agreed to furnish a timetable for delivery of the needed information, they were informed that their services were no longer required by Mr. Goldstein. I have ultimate faith that all posters will now summon up all the computing power at your disposal, use your guile, and endeavor to find out who all these people are. I would suggest an organized effort. Many are recognized, but a lot are not. Let's find them. If you call all twelve tammy jo's, the one who hangs up on you is our babe. If you do manage to contact any of our phantoms, try to keep the conversation going. Try to ask an open ended question like "boy, I sure don't understand why Charlie would run away when it looked like he was going to rich anyway?". Maybe you"ll get some useful tidbit. Take copious notes. Ask if anyone else knows what might be going on. Ask and you will receive. Be polite but lean toward the Columbo strategy. If we're going to find out what really happened, it'll take some work. I nominate Captain Nutcracker for the chair of our fact finding effort. Sorry Captain! or ask for volunteers. If you need more info, call me. Hopefully I'll figure out how this damn box works some day. JILTED
