I read the three releases too and thought they all sounded like the right track. I especially liked the integration of ServiceSoft's Web Advisor and Knowledge Builder apps into Q-Support - these effectively make their help desk an internet-ready product that creates and manages customer-driven and customer-accessible knowledge bases. As a frequent troubleshooter by trade, I myself would would much rather first look for a quick match of a problem on a company website (potentially with attached downloadable fix), rather than wait 20 minutes on hold to maybe get the same answer from a human. I believe critical mass is building for Datawatch and they are making good moves. Hopefully with the undervalued stock price it's just a matter of time... (Interesting how it popped up to 2 3/4 this morning)
