We all knew about the Reg S and I think we all expected a reverse split sooner or later... but what we didn't expect was a Reg S, a 300:1 reverse split, AND a major increase in the authorized shares afterwards... all in this short time span! If this doesn't have DILUTION written all over it, I don't know what does?!?!?! I'm still trying to figure out if this is a 300:1 split or a 300:0 split... I consider myself a pretty nice guy, but when someone screws me over and takes my money, I feel the need to get even... The way I see it, WOTD has just declared war on it's shareholders. If they don't make things 'right', I intend to post my thoughts about WOTD on every internet bulletin board, every day, for however long it takes to keep investors away from their stock... never underestimate the power of the internet..
