To AuFingr,

This paragraph was written in your posting, reply #213.

The company called a VOLUNTARY halt. This is crucial. It was
NOT imposed by the Securities Commission. Many have asked why our
company Directors would do that. Figure it out. There are situations
in which the regulators do not permit an announcement. I can think
of more than one objective stated in the roadshow (one especially)
where this would apply.

Are you aware that the ASC issued an "Interim Cease Trade Order" on March 19, 1998? In other words "if we hadn't halted Vescan on March 18, they would have done it for us the very next day"! IS THAT JUST A COINCIDENCE, OR WERE YOU ATTEMPTING TO DECEIVE US?

"There are situations in which the regulators do not permit an announcement." IS THAT THE COMPANY'S WAY OF GETTING OUT OF AN EXPLAINANTION TO INVESTORS?

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE ?
