I did visit the impressive new web site for Pfck information. It was very informative. I especially like the following page. 1stnettech.com I also like the link to SEC filings. Very concise listing of filings. sec.gov This report to shareholders is very interesting. 1stnettech.com A few questions: 1. How do reverse splits usually affect the price of a stock ? 2. Hawthorne is getting 50% of the company plus 10 % interest on the loan over 36 months ? This part really makes great sense : <<2. Increase the Preferred Shares Authorized to 100,000,000 -- Preferred shares can be issued as part of future financings which provide security on assets purchased.
